• The 10-digit code starting with TF is the code you entered in the booth to take your photo. The code is used also on this website to download your photo for your personal use.

• The 7-digit photograph retrieval code is a code issued by the License Administration’s photograph server, which is joint for the police and Migri. You will use the retrieval code to attach your passport photo to your application (e.g. passport application or residence permit).

• We review photos within 24 hours on weekdays.
  If we approve your photo, you will receive a photograph retrieval code by email (and by SMS if you provided your phone number) in an automated message from the Police & Migri License Administration’s server.
  If we reject your photo, we will send you an email.

• If you have taken your photo during the weekend, you will receive your retrieval code or information about the rejected photo latest during Monday.

Have you noted we have a review period for all photos? You will receive the photograph retrieval code or information about a rejected photo on weekdays within 24 hours.

If the 24 hour review period has passed:

• Check your email junk folder: you should either have received an email titled Receipt; or our rejection email sent from the address passikuva (at) tailorframe.com if your photo has not met the official passport photograph requirements.

• Make sure your email box can receive emails: every now and then we encounter the issue that a customer’s email is too full to receive further emails.

• If you also gave your phone number when taking your photo, check your text messages (SMS) on your phone.

If your photo was rejected, you can retake your photo using your original 10-digit code, no extra cost. Please follow the device instructions closely when taking the photo. You may retake your photo in any Tailorframe booth, see full list of locations below on this page.

If you have used the same email address for photos of several people:

• On the police website:
  When submitting your application, you will see which photo belongs to which person after you have entered the photograph retrieval code. You can re-enter another retrieval code if the photo does not match the person whose application your filling in.

• On the Migri website you cannot identify which retrieval code is meant for which person. Please send us an email to passikuva (at) tailorframe.com and list the retrieval codes in the email.
